Parking was easy. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and well furnished. We liked the fact that we could open a window for fresh air rather than rely on air conditioning. The bathroom was clean with constant hot water. As we arrived on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was closed - it was nice to have some complimentary snacks/drinks in the room.

Service is great, the room is very comfortable and extremely clean, and parking is a big bonus, right outside the hotel with many bays on offer. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Would definitely stay again. Within walking distance of the Xmas markets and town centre, however, their are numerous taxis available to make the trip at an affordable rate.

The room was clean and spacious. In the room was a kettle, a small fridge and a coffee maker - everything a traveler needs! A large parking lot is available for 13 Euros per day! The swimming pool and relaxation area are simply great!

We were there for one night with a kid. We had requested an extra bed, which they provided with no extra cost. So, that was nice. Clean room. Friendly staff. Easy to check in and check out. Very good breakfast. Location was ok. Short drive from restaurants. Wifi was fine.

Room was spacious and clean Staff was very friendly and helpful Breakfast was nice Swimming pool in the garden was great as it was a hot day. Our daughter absolutely loved that she was allowed in even a bit ahead of the usual opening time before we had to leave to catch the ferry back to the UK

Everything was ok, people were friendly, facility was clean and nice. Food was decent, overall a good experience. Parking is 12 eur a night.

because we were late arriving the staff went a long way to help myself and my disabled son by managing to get us a late meal the girls in the kitchen/bar particularly wonderful
